Almond Joy Yogurt Bowl

¾ cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (brands: Life Time, Clean Simple Eats, other brands here)
¼ tsp coconut extract
1 tbsp almond butter
10g dark chocolate chips (brand: Enjoy Life, Just Date, or Hu)
5g unsweetened, shredded coconut
How to make...
1. Add the yogurt, stevia and coconut extract to a bowl. Stir until well combined.
2. Drizzle the nut butter over the yogurt, sprinkle with dark chocolate chips and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
*if you wanted this more as a "snack" than a meal, you can do 1/2 cup Greek yogurt + 1/2 scoop protein powder, 2g shredded coconut
Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt Bowl

1 Tbs. sliced almonds
How to Make
1. Add the yogurt, cottage cheese and protein powder to a bowl. Stir until well combined.
2. Top with fresh strawberries, graham cracker crumbs and sliced almonds.
*you can also use vanilla protein powder and add a dash of cheese jell-O pudding mix.
Apple Pie Yogurt Bowl
Makes 1 serving

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Toppings:

2 tbsp granola (brands: Purely Elizabeth, One Stripe, Lovebird, etc.) OR 2 tbsp cinnamon cereal (Cascadian Farm Organic Cinnamon Crunch Cereal, Truely, Seven Sundays)
3-4 pecans, sliced
How to Make
1. Add the yogurt, protein powder, and cinnamon to a bowl. Stir until well combined.
2. Top with fresh diced apple, granola OR cereal, and sliced pecans.
