ingredients
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup organic cacao powder
- dash salt dash cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener (any sweetener works - honey, coconut sugar)
- 3/4 cup oat flour (aka oats, blended up)
- chocolate chips
- 1 cup organic pumpkin purée
process
- Mix everything except the pumpkin purée and chocolate chips in a bowl. Once blended well, add in the pumpkin purée.
- Mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- spoon the mixture into balls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. once all balls are formed, delicately press down on each.
- bake at 350 for 17 mins
