What's included:
1. Four-week's worth of workouts that are built on an intentional strength and resistance macrocycle plan to increase lean muscle
>> Monday: Lower Body
>> Wednesday: Upper Body
>> Friday: Full Body
>> Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday are recommended walk and/or cardio days
2. Imagery for each movement and what equipment is needed.
3. Weekly checks ins with Katie to touch base on form, your weights, and progression...if desired! Please reach out: leonardkatiejo@gmail.com
4. THEN it will continue to be $30/month after that for me to build on your plan for you depending on the macrocycle of your particular goals (or if your goals change, etc.).
