This is the ultimate loaded, fluffy, tasty smoothie that you can whip up in 120 seconds!!
I strongly believe that the order in which you throw the ingredients in the blender affects how it mixes! So, in a blender, toss in the frozen stuff first, then powders / seeds, and - lastly - milk / liquid.
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup organic frozen mixed berries - I get the massive bag from Costco (cheap & tasty)
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup organic frozen cauliflower rice - I get the massive bag from Costco!
- 1/2 - 1 organic frozen zucchini
- handful ice (optional)
- 1 +/- scoop of protein powder - I use Earth Fed Muscle Whey Back Vanilla flavor (use code: katie10)
- L-Glutamine (optional) - I use Lifetime's brand (use code" e291820" for $$ off) OR Thorne
- 1 tbsp flax seed oil - I get Barlean's brand from Sprouts
- 1/2 - 1 cup of liquid (usually Goat Milk, Beet Juice, Coconut Water, or Water - depending on what's available)

💎 frozen mixed berries (i like the tart flavor + berries are a great fruit option for blood sugar regulation)
💎 frozen diced cauliflower & chopped zucchini (essential for fluffiness and sneaking veggies in)
💎 grass fed whey protein - (I have been loving either Earth Fed Muscle OR Flavcity, as they're made with Grass Fed Whey)
💎 flax seed oil (I usually buy Barlean's omega-3 anti inflammatory fatty acids! and easy to use); (if I do not do flax seed oil, I'll do ground flax seeds OR chia seeds)
💎 L Glutamine (i use the @lifetime.life brand, tho i will say I occasionally omit this cuz i’ve noticed it makes me feel nauseous! so i’ll do 1/2 scoops or leave it out)
💎 milk/water (this varies depending on what i have ha sometimes goat milk kefir, sometimes @rawfarms raw milk, sometimes coconut water, sometimes water)
