INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of coffee (Nespresso, pour over, brew, etc.)
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup milk - recommend Raw Farms whole milk, Malk (cashew), Elmhurst (walnut, cashew, macadamia)
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder - recommend Earth Fed Muscle or Intek
DIRECTIONS
- Pour coffee into mug. Drop in cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, protein powder, and any optional spices.
- Froth the milk, then pour into the mug with coffee and spices!
