using all-natural ingredients that can be purchased at any Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, these recipes are either vegan, whole30, gluten-free or paleo sweet-treats. many of them only require a loaf or 8x8 pan, a food processor or blender, measuring spoons, and a bowl!
the why
in full transparency, vegan + paleo baking is an excuse for me to eat all the raw dough I want – while leaving juuuuuust enough batter to fill a 8x8 pan. though I am not vegan, the magical output of combining such simple, natural ingredients truly astounds me. Not only does your finished product taste chef’s—kiss sweet, it’s also 10x healthier than the alternative with all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, butter, and so-on. I try to sneak protein into each of these recipes via powder or a natural source, like chia seeds, to make it even more impactful to the body!
