Cucumber - With peel, raw, 1 cup slices 104g
Chinook salmon, Fish, smoked, (lox), regular - 3 oz 85g
Cottage Cheese, Good Culture - ½ cup 110g
RECIPE
- Slice cucumber into rounds.
- Spread the top of each cucumber round with a little bit of cottage cheese and top with a bit of the lox. Enjoy!
