COOKIE (S)
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- Little less than 1 scoop protein powder (~20 grams) - i use whey
- 4 tsp powdered pb
- Pinch baking powder
- 2 tbsp +/- plant milk
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Dark choc bar chunks for the top
- Olive oil spray
FILLING
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- splash milk
Mix all cookie ingredients together. separate cookie batter into two. spray baking tray. pat 1/2 batter down flat. combine filling mixture and drizzle that on top of first half. grab second half of batter and pat down on top of filling. drizzle more filling on top, then sprinkle w chocolate chips. baking at 350 for 17-22 minutes.
