These are THE TASTIEST, very affordable, high fat / protein bars.

ingredients
- 5 rice cakes
- 2 scoops Earth Fed Muscle protein powder (code ‘KATIE10’)
- mixins: i did coconut + granola
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (I used Pascha 100% Cacao chocolate chips or Hu Dark Baking Chocolate)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp nut butter (I love Nuttzo) **ingredients should just be the nut! no added sugars or oils**
- topping: greek yogurt + granola

recipe
- crumble rice cakes in a bowl. add protein powder, mixins, and stir well!
- melt chocolate chips + coconut oil + nut butter in the microwave in 30 second intervals.
- pour into rice cake mixture and toss until rice cake crumbles are fully covered!
- pour mixture into a 8x8 pan. press down very compactly use flat surface (i used a spatula!).
- next spread Greek yogurt over the mixture then sprinkle desired toppings.
- pop in fridge for 1-2 hours before consuming!
