INGREDIENTS
1/2 small Zucchini, shredded ( i used a cheese grater)
1/3 cup egg whites….ideally organic

2 teaspoons (+/-) Nut Butter…. I Love Nuttzo
2 tablespoons Raspberry, raw, mashed….
1 tablespoon Granola….I love Purely Elizabeth or Nu Trail
DIRECTIONS
1. Toss oats into bowl.
2. Shred zucchini into the bowl.
3. Add water/milk and egg whites. Stir.
4. Microwave for 2 minutes
5. Add protein powder
6. Stir all together
5. Add desired toppings (fruit, almond butter, cinnamon, granola, salt)
