Melt coconut oil and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Let cool for 2 minutes, then mix in sweetener and greek yogurt. Stir until thoroughly combined. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Add in milk as needed until viscous mousse-like consistency to formed. Fold in 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Pour into 8x8 lined tray. Bake 30-35 minutes (I have comes to find that my oven is not at all reliable…so I basically baby-sit whatever I am baking in the oven! Yours might take less / more time than mine ◡̈ ).
