my go-to workout gear

Working out inevitably brings discomfort; you’re hot, sweaty, tired, swinging your legs & arms in all different directions...which makes identifying the perfect workout gear crucial! Having comfy workout gear truly makes it easier to focus on crushing your workout by pushing away all of the added physical discomfort that itchy, heavy, tight clothes tend to bring. I workout roughly 6-7 days a week and have tried out a plethora of different brands & styles! So, I've decided to put together a list of my absolute favorites for you!

THREE THINGS I LOOK FOR IN WORKOUT GEAR:

1. Soft-Ass Fabrics - they’re a must!!!!!!

2. Reasonable prices (hoping one day Alo, despite how cute they’re gear is, gets the message…)

3. Sweat wicking / avoids evident sweat marks

LEGGINGS:

I’m a huge fan of quirky patterned leggings, so you’ll often see me with camo, floral, or abstract-print pants! Here are my top three favorite products that truly make it feel like I’m working out in skin (the best!):

SHORTS:

Do you prefer shorts or leggings when working out? I’m 9 times out of 10 grabbing leggings, but these three shorts are absolute game changers! Especially when it’s super toasty outside, but I want some Vitamin-D and a fresh-air-workout outside. I've also recently gravitated to biker shorts, which I'd boycotted for the longest time! I can safely say, I'm a fan. Here are three super cozy, affordable shorts for running, weight-training, and H.I.I.T. training as well:
