1/4 cup peanut butter - natural / unsweetened (ingredients should ONLY be peanuts)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar OR organic rice vinegar
2 tablespoon organic soy sauce (use tamari or coconut aminos for gluten free)
1 tablespoon ginger - either a grated root OR organic paste
2 tablespoon warm water

Combine all ingredients except water. Whisk to fully combine until you reach a creamy / sauce consistency.
Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. I normally use 2 tablespoons for a sauce and up to four if using it for a dressing.
**You can also blend all these a food processor or blender, mix the sauce ingredients.
