ingredients
- 4 Organic chicken breast
- +/- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ½ cup bone broth (not necessary but adds moisture and more protein!)
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Desired amount of mixed seasonings (sea salt / pepper / onion / rosemary
oregano / parsley mix) - 1 grill OR Ninja Food Grill / 5-in-1
directions
- Mix all above ingredients *except chicken* in a large bowl.
- Place full chicken breasts in the marinade mixture.
- Marinate the chicken breast in mixture for anywhere from 30 minutes to 3hours (note: longer the better).
- IF USING Ninja Kitchen Foodie 5-in-1...
- Turn the preheat setting to “grill” on high.
- Once preheated, add chicken breast in and grill for about 3-4 minutes per side.
- ****(note: might need to increase time depending on how thick the chicken breasts are).
- IF USING standard grill...
- Preheat oven to 425°F | 220°C (standard ovens) or 390°F | 200°C (fan forced or convection ovens).
- Place marinated chicken on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake chicken in preheated oven for 16-18 minutes, or until internal temperature is 165°F (75°C) using a meat thermometer.
