the ingredients
the wet
3/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt (I use Fage)
2 tbs coconut milk (can sub any nut milk)
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
the dry
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use Gainful)
the process
- mix all ingredients in medium size bowl.
- set in fridge for 10-12 minutes. frost your delicious treat - and feel free to add sprinkles, nuts, coconut shreds, etc.!
- I really love Joyfuls Coconut Almond bites - only 65 calories for the full circle, and you can get them at Costco for super cheap!
