INGREDIENTS
👉🏼 1 cup yogurt (Greek or coconut yogurt if dairy free)
👉🏼1/4-1/3 cup granola (Purely Elizabeth or Nu)
👉🏼1 small organic banana or 1/2 large one
👉🏼2 scoops protein powder (@earthfedmuscle)
👉🏼1 tablespoon coconut flour, if needed to thicken it up (bobs red mill)
👉🏼Optional: 1 tablespoon peanut / nut butter OR peanut butter powder
For chocolate
👉🏼2 tablespoons chocolate baking chips (Hu)
👉🏼1 teaspoon coconut oil (Native’s)

RECIPE
- Slice the banana in coins, then in half. Toss in a medium bowl. Grind up the granola into small bits.
- Combine the yogurt, granola, banana, protein powder and coconut flour in the bowl. Mix well. (NOTE: if you need it a little thicker, feel free to add more protein powder).
- Line a cutting board or baking sheet with parchment paper. Place spoonfuls (whatever desired radius) of the batter on the parchment paper lined surface in a circular shape. Flatten out. Place in freezer for 2 hours.
- To make the chocolate drizzle, place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a pan. Melt over medium heat whilst constantly stirring until liquid / “drizzle-able” consistency.
- Remove cookies from freezer. Drizzle chocolate across the top. Re-freeze for 10-20 minutes…then devour!
