DRY

Generous grind black pepper
1/4 cup GF all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon fine-grain sea salt or flaky sea salt (optional)
1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
WET
1 teaspoon ginger (I used paste)
1/2 cup unsalted tahini (tahini adds an awesome not-too-sweet flavor here…but you can sub with your favorite nut or seed butter)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
Optional: granola mixture

Preheat oven to 375.
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bow. Set aside.
Mix all wet ingredients in a small bowl. Pour this wet mixture into the dry. Mix well. *The mixture should be quite thick!*
Next, spoon the mixture onto a lined baking try. Should be about 8-9 biscuits.
Optional to top with granola!
Bake for 9-11 minutes.
